Employee Relations
At Reviver we recognise that good employee relations contribute to high morale, superior performance and retention of our key talent. Through regular opinion surveys we seek the views of our people on a wide range of employment issues and work with them to develop and implement improvement plans. We have introduced a range of policies on flexible working including options of part-time working, home-based working, career breaks, adoptive leave and leave for carers.

Training and Development
People are Reviver’s key asset and play a crucial role in ensuring we remain in a strong, competitive position in the markets in which we operate. We work with our people to identify and develop their talents and skills through a wide range of training and development programmes, and knowledge sharing initiatives. Programmes are available for all levels and needs and include on-line learning, professional training, personal development, skills training and mentoring.

Health and Safety
We have in place policies, processes and systems for the effective promotion and management of our responsibilities for Health and Safety and for the involvement of our people in the development and maintenance of a safe and pleasant working environment. We monitor and review the effectiveness of our policies and work with external representatives to ensure compliance and to communicate safe and healthy work practices throughout the business.
