The screen below is showing an options page, which allows the configuration of the server you want monitoring.
This screen shot is displaying the reviver option page where you can put in the description of the server you are monitoring, so it can be more easily recognised and setup Fault conditions with the Reviver Card and set a Priority and much more. With this page you have a very powerful facility to monitor proactively and flag visually.

The mobile device showing an email informing a technician/s that need to be informed a problem has arisen and needs attention. In this instance the Post Codes show to the technician a hardware fault is the issue and the code 0x4E is the BIOS has been corrupted and needs re flashing. This can be done by installing a floppy with DOS/98 OS and the executable to re flash the BIOS.
For non hardware problems the mobile device can be used by going onto the company web browser and see if a fix remotely can take place.
With the reviver II comes a free software driver (operating system (OS) heartbeat) that sits on the monitored machine and constantly monitors the health of the OS, will inform you visually or by email if a problem has occurred.
Email reporting information
The email sent by SM will have the Sender Email ID in the ‘From' field (eg sm_jr@your.domain ). The ‘To' field will contain the name and email address of the contact.

When the All ok message is sent, the email body will read “Server <<Location>>, contact re-established”. Where <<Location>> in this instance, the location string for the server.
Eg: Server Head Office, contact re-established
When contact has been lost, the Body of the message will duplicate the Current Server Details information.
