Dead On Arrival (DOA)
Reviver offers a DOA warranty period of 30 days from invoice date on most products. Within this period, any product confirmed by Reviver as being DOA and covered by our 30 day DOA period, will be issued a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) number. Customers who receive a DOA product are eligible for an advance replacement, subject to stock availability.
Warranty Returns
If a product fault appears after the 30 day DOA warranty period, it must still be within the one-year warranty period to qualify for a warranty return.
Damage in Transit
If a shipment appears to have been damaged in transit, please do one of the following:
- Refuse the goods as damaged.
- Sign for the goods as damaged.
In both cases, you must inform Reviver of your action in writing within 2 working days.
Physical Damage to Product
If an item is found to have physical damage you must inform Reviver in writing within 2 working days of receipt.

International
Dead On Arrival (DOA)
A product replacement will be issued by Reviver and the returned product will be credited at the same price. (DOA warranty period is typically 30 days.)
Within One Year
Within one year from the Reviver invoice date, if a product is inspected and confirmed as faulty by Reviver, a replacement will be invoiced and the faulty product will be credited at the current market value.
