Rplate Monthly Service Plan Terms
RPlate Monthly Plan
Reviver offers a monthly payment plan for Reviver’s RPlate Pro (“RPlate Monthly Plan”) described below. When you enroll in the RPlate Monthly Plan, you are agreeing to this agreement and these terms & conditions as well as the applicable provisions of the Terms or the Customer Agreement (as those terms are defined under the Term of Sale, Service and Use.
1. Payments. The RPlate Monthly Plan is available to qualified customers and consists of the purchase of the RPlate Pro under flat monthly payment that includes a Subscription (as that term is defined in the Terms).
a. Monthly Payments. You will be required to make monthly payments in the amounts described for the the specific plan you have select.
- Credit or Debit Card. To enroll you will need a valid and eligible U.S.-issued personal, small business, or corporate/commercial credit or debit card. Prepaid cards are not accepted. Your use of your credit or debit card is subject to the terms and conditions in your cardmember agreement.
- First Payment. Your first payment will be authorized on your credit or debit card at the time of purchase, pickup, or shipment and will be processed within three (3) days.
- Subsequent Payments. After the first payment, your credit or debit card will be automatically charged each subsequent month based on the date of your first payment. You are authorizing Reviver to make the recurring monthly payments during the term of this agreement.
- Credit Card Interest and Other Fees. Your credit card issuer may charge you interest or other fees under the terms and conditions in your cardmember agreement. This may include any applicable interest on unpaid balances or late payments. Your eligibility to receive certain card benefits in connection with payments will be determined by your card issuer.
b. Subscription Activation. The RPlate Monthly Plan requires the activation of a monthly Subscription which is included in the RPlate Monthly Plan.
c. Term of Agreement; Replacement/Upgrade. The term of the RPlate Monthly Plan is on a month-to-month basis and can be terminated by you any time upon 30 days advanced written notice to Reviver. In the event you cancel the RPlate Monthly Plan, you will be required to uninstall and return the RPlate at your own expense within 30 days of the date of termination. In the event you make payments on the RPlate Monthly Plan for a period of three (3) years, you will be entitled to a new or upgraded RPlate at no additional charge (including removal of existing RPlate and installation of new RPlate).
d. Nonpayment. In the event you are delinquent in payment and fail to make the monthly payment, Reviver shall make three (3) separate attempts to collect payment on the credit card. If payment is not successful, Reviver shall be entitled to disconnect the RPlate from the Subscription, terminate this agreement and require that the device be unstalled and returned to Reviver within 30 days of the date Reviver terminates this agreement. In the event you fail to return the RPlate within the 30 day period described in this Section 1(d), Reviver shall be entitled to charge and collect a hardware replacement fee equal to $300 (“Hardware Replacement Fee”) and you hereby authorize Reviver to either (1) charge the authorized credit card or (2) invoice you for the Hardware Replacement Fee.
e. Damage. In the event the Rplate becomes damaged by you, you will be charged a Hardware Replacement Fee plus $100 for the removal of the existing RPlate and the installation of the new RPlate.
a. No credit check required.
b. Must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence) to enroll in the RPlate Monthly Plan.
c. The RPlate Monthly Plan only applies to the RPlate Pro.
d. Payments hereunder require a valid and eligible U.S.-issued credit or debit card as designated by you. Prepaid cards are not accepted.
e. Enrollment limits may apply.
h. Contingent upon product availability.
i. Eligibility and approval under the RPlate Monthly Plan is not transferrable.
