If it's an initial setup of a new RPLATE, the app will guide you through the process. We ask the user for a photo of their current registration document and a photo of their metal license plate. Reviver then runs checks to make sure it's valid and non-fraudulent; and we ask users not to install their plate until the verification is complete. We may reach out for some additional documentation; but that's rare. Once the verification is complete, the user receives a push notification and an email, letting them know their plate is ready, and that they can go and install the plate. The app walks them through the process, culminating in a display refresh with the plate image.
